Sign-up for our Cannin’ & Jammin’ production cooking classes. Limit 6-8 persons per class, receive the fruits of your labor. Production fruit: Apricot, Peaches , Nectarines, Plums, Tomatoes or your loaded fruit trees… How it works

Minimum 6-8 persons $600.00 (ask us about discounts for bringing your own fruit and jars)

Each class member receives                                                                                                                              

-6-1pint jams

-4 pie fillings

-2 quart fruit syrup

-1 pint BBQ sauce


Bring your produce

Do you have an overloaded tree or tomato vine?

Let’s sauce it, can it and save it, just like grandma used to do!

Only let’s put a culinary spin on it.

Bring your own bottles if you want, it’s a great gift idea for the rest of the year!
