My youngest niece

When instructing a knife wielding slightly stressed-out bride, take care!

Perfectly weighed dough balls.

My sister inspecting the first pie.

My other sister’s job is to roll the dough into perfect rounds. Because she is so good at this job, we made her a special box to adjust her height.
This box also doubles as a soap box for announcements and proclamations.

Mixing of the filling is crucial, everyone should bite into a slice and taste all the good stuff, every time.

When all the bakers know their jobs, production goes quickly

and everybody is HAPPY!
